It’s a sunny day in my world today! This week we’re focusing on self-care, and a great place to start is with gratitude for the good things in life. Like sunshine that follows rain. Even the broken hearted Beach Boys were consoled by “the warmth of the sun.”
What is one thing, person, or circumstance in your life for which you are grateful? Why? The “why” part is important. That’s where our hearts are lifted up and a bit of calm enters our hectic day.
